Forgot to check-in? That may be OK! If you’re an existing Creator Rewards member and have used that card for payment before, it should automatically link to your account. If you share a card (e.g. with a spouse), those points may be in their account — they can thank you later!
Points can take 24-48 hours after purchase to appear in your Creator Rewards account. If that time has passed and you still aren’t seeing points, please fill out the form below. Be sure to check your Activity section for your points first and only submit one Missing Points form per purchase. Missing Points submissions are generally reviewed on Fridays, so you should see them within a week or two.
