POTM Club T&C

The 2025 POTM Club program has moved to a digital format. To service this, members registering for the Club will be enrolled in our Creator Rewards program using their phone number. A digital, scannable coupon for each POTM will be added to your Creator Rewards account throughout your 2025 membership year.

Updates for 2026 POTM Club:

A paid cell phone plan via a carrier (not a virtual number like Google Voice) is required for Creator Rewards and, by extension, the Pizza Of The Month Club. Accounts can be shared (parent/kid account, partners, etc), and will be awarded an additional copy of the reward each month.

Registration is required. We will no longer accept the registration card as proof of membership — it must be registered at https://azzippizza.com/potmclub/2026/ and tied to your Creator Rewards account so you can scan that month’s reward. Double check your address when registering and upon receiving your confirmation email to ensure your t-shirt goes to the right location. If we’re missing your mailing address, apartment number, etc. it is difficult to get your t-shirt to you!
