How it works
Idea to fundraiser day.

Step 1
Pick a date
Browse open fundraiser dates on our calendar and pick one that fits your group. We reserve slots at each store so we can give every partner our full attention.Step 2
Tell us about your cause
Submit your 501(c)(3) info, the story behind the fundraiser, and an estimated headcount. We verify nonprofit status automatically so you don't have to dig up paperwork.Step 3
We approve & promote
Once approved, we send you a branded flyer, add your date to our in-store signage, and share the plan with your Azzip location's team.Step 4
Eat pizza. Do good.
All day — open to close — guests mention your fundraiser at checkout and a portion of those sales goes straight back to your cause. Simple as that.
Eligibility
Who can apply?
U.S. registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits, schools and PTOs, youth sports leagues, churches, and community groups. We give priority to causes serving the Indiana and Kentucky communities where our stores live — because giving a zip is local work.

Questions we get a lot
Who is eligible to host a We Give Azzip day?
Any U.S. registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, public or private school, PTO, youth sports league, church, or community group with a verifiable tax-exempt status. We lean into causes tied to Indiana and Kentucky communities where our stores live.
How far in advance do I need to apply?
We ask for at least two weeks of lead time so we can verify your organization, build your flyer, and allow you time to promote your day. Popular months fill up early — apply sooner if you can.
How much does my organization receive?
A portion of the sales from each transaction associated with your give back goes to your cause. The exact percentage is confirmed with your coordinator when your request is approved.
Which locations participate?
All 13 Azzip Pizza locations across Indiana and Kentucky host We Give Azzip days. You choose the store that's closest to your community when you apply.
Do my guests need a coupon or code?
Nope. Guests simply mention your fundraiser at checkout — in-store, online, or drive-thru. We'll include the exact wording on your flyer.
Can I host multiple fundraisers per year?
Yes, within reason. We try to spread opportunities across as many groups as possible.
