Program Rules
Open to all kids 12 years old and younger. Register your club membership at the links below.
You will receive the Kid’s Club lanyard with a game card upon the free sign-up in the program. Each visit with Kid’s Meal or other pizza purchased for the child earns one sticker to advance on the game card. When you land on one of our special prize squares, the child will be eligible to pick out one prize from the corresponding prize box. We ask that every child has their own special game card so that they can all play along.
If a game card is lost, we will do our best to accommodate you with an updated one for your child. If you do not have the game card with you, we would be happy to give you a sticker you can take with you and fill out your game card at home. If the sticker you are about to put onto your card will earn you a prize, please wait until you are at an Azzip store so we can see that you haven’t redeemed it yet.
When ordering online, please add the promo code KIDSCLUB to your order during checkout. We will bring the stickers out with the order. Please help us double-check that they are included so we can avoid any letdowns for the little ones!
All in all we want this program to be about helping the kids have a great experience at Azzip. We have trained our teams to help make this a great experience for your family. If there is anything we can do to help make it an awesome experience for your child, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Sign-up for the Azzip Kids Club here and we’ll mail your child their Kids Club Badge. This also includes the registration form, so they’ll be good to go.
Registration
If you have your Kids Club Badge, the last step to complete is registration! If not, head over to the Sign Up & Registration button. Make sure to complete this form to get all of the benefits of the Kids Club.
Azzip Kids Club FAQs
If I have more than one child can they each have their own game card?
Yes, we encourage each child to be able to play their own card.
What if my child loses their card?
Please email us through our contact us page and we will do our best to make the situation right!
What if my child eats a different item, e.g. gluten-free crust, Little Zip, etc?
Your child will still be able to earn points for visits in which you purchase an item for them! Just let the cashier know or use the promo code at checkout.
Does my child have to be present to count as a visit?
We plan to use the honor system on visits where the child is not present. Please only collect visits when a pizza is being purchased for the child. Thank you.
